Show Hidden Files

Switch on full view, in the Terminal type:

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE

killall Finder

To revert back, type:

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE

killall Finder

That simple!
